1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your role as a Growth Partner with Fulrez Insights. By participating in our Growth Partner program, you agree to adhere to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the program.
2. Role and Responsibilities
As a Growth Partner, you are responsible for:
- Promoting Fulrez Insights’ Services: Actively marketing our range of services, including internships abroad, study abroad programs, job opportunities overseas, scholarship assistance, work permits and visas, relocation and settlement support, loan services, and pre-departure support.
- Client Outreach: Reaching out to potential clients through various channels, including online and offline methods.
- Guidance and Support: Providing information and guidance to clients to help them understand our services and assist them through the sign-up process.
3. Commission and Markup
- Commissions: You will earn commissions and bonuses based on the successful referrals and sales made through your efforts. Specific commission rates and bonus structures will be communicated to you separately.
- Allowed Maximum Markup: You are required to adhere to the allowed maximum markup for each service. You may not bill clients more than the following allowed markup:
- Study Abroad Service Fee: 50%
- Loan Services: 50%
- Hungary Express Work Permit + Visa: 15%
- General Hungary Work Permit + Visa: 15%
- Slovakia Work Permit + Visa: 15%
- Czech Republic Work Permit + Visa: 15%
- Lithuania Work Permit + Visa: 15%
- Norway Work Permit + Visa: 15%
- Poland Work Permit + Visa: 15%
- Germany Work Permit + Visa: 15%
- Direct Payments: If you collect money directly from clients, you must ensure that the total amount collected does not exceed the allowed markup. Any excess amount collected beyond the allowed markup must be refunded to the client.
4. Client Registration and Information
- Client Signup: Clients must sign up with Fulrez Insights to utilize our services. You are required to ensure that clients complete their registration or create an account on their behalf. It is essential to capture all necessary client information as part of the signup process to comply with our requirements and provide adequate support.
- Data Handling: You must handle all client information with confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
5. Support and Resources
Fulrez Insights provides extensive support to assist you:
- Dedicated Support Representative: You will be assigned a representative to answer your questions and help with any challenges you face.
- Collaborative Community: Join a group of fellow Growth Partners to share tips, ask questions, and receive important updates.
- Training and Development: Regular training sessions to keep you informed about our services and enhance your skills.
- Marketing Materials: Access to brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email templates to aid in your promotional efforts.
- Resource Library: A collection of resources including case studies, best practice guides, and industry insights to support your activities.
6. Performance Monitoring
- Performance Insights: Receive regular updates on your performance with key metrics and reports to help you track progress and optimize your efforts.
- Recognition and Rewards: Opportunities for recognition through awards and bonuses based on your performance, celebrating your achievements and motivating continued success.
7. Compliance
- Adherence to Terms: You must adhere to all terms outlined in this agreement, including the allowed maximum markup. Violations of these Terms, such as exceeding the allowed markup or failing to register clients correctly, may result in termination of your partnership.
- Legal and Ethical Conduct: You agree to conduct your activities in a lawful and ethical manner, representing Fulrez Insights with integrity and professionalism.
8. Termination
- Termination by Fulrez Insights: We reserve the right to terminate your partnership at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to Fulrez Insights.
- Termination by Partner: You may terminate your partnership with Fulrez Insights by providing written notice.
9. Changes to Terms
Fulrez Insights may update or modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
