For qualified workers (with recognized diplomas):
- Diploma confirmation through the German Anabin website (applicant’s responsibility)
- Allow 1-2 months for diploma confirmation process
For unqualified workers:
- Familiarize yourself with application submission rules for unqualified workers
- Provide a link from official sources if an official letter is required for residence
- Check with consulate/embassy regarding German language requirements
