Job Description: We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join our team in Lithuania. The ideal candidate should be skilled in all aspects of carpentry, including but not limited to framing, trim work, and cabinet installation. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.

Responsibilities:

  • Reading and interpreting blueprints to understand project specifications
  • Taking measurements and calculating the size and amount of material needed
  • Cutting, shaping, and smoothing lumber and other materials according to measurements
  • Building or repairing cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures
  • Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
  • Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, flooring, and trim, or hardware, such as locks, handles, and drawer pulls
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of woodworking techniques and methods
  • Ability to read technical documents and drawings
  • Good understanding of basic math
  • Excellent physical condition and stamina
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in carpentry or relevant field is a plus

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00
  • Saturday from 8:00 to 15:00
  • Sunday off
  • Lunch break included

Salary and Benefits:

  • Monthly salary of 1600-2200 EUR
  • Workwear, tools, inventory, and transportation to the site provided
  • Weekly advance payment of €200 on Fridays, with the rest of the payment on the fourth week
  • Accommodation provided by the company in shared rooms for 2 or 4 people
  • Housing may be located 5-10 km from the site, with transportation provided
  • Rent deducted from the salary at the end of the month, approximately €80 to €100
  • Food expenses covered by the individual

Application Process: Candidates should apply for a residence permit immediately, applying directly in their own country and receiving plastic cards on the spot. Required documents for submission include:

  1. Passport
  2. Certificate or diploma confirming specialization
  3. Police clearance certificate with apostille
