Study Applications, Loans, and Visa Terms and Conditions

1. Service Fee a. Fulrez Insight collects a service fee for assisting clients with their study applications. The service fee is agreed upon at the time of engagement. b. Clients have the option to pay the service fee in two installments, unless otherwise specified by Fulrez Insight. c. The service fee is non-refundable once paid, except as otherwise provided in these Terms.

2. Application Fee a. Clients may be required to pay application fees to the respective educational institutions. b. Fulrez Insight will only submit study applications on behalf of clients once the application fees have been paid. c. Application fees are paid on behalf of the client by Fulrez Insight.

3. Student Portal Access a. Clients will be granted access to their student portal upon successful admission to the educational institution. b. Access to the student portal is contingent upon the payment of the balance of the service fee owed to Fulrez Insight.

4. Admission Refund Policy a. Fulrez Insight will refund the first installment of the service fee if admission to the chosen educational institution is not successful. b. This refund is subject to the condition that no alternative suggestion has been agreed upon between Fulrez Insight and the client.

5. Study Loan Application a. Fulrez Insight will apply for study loans on behalf of clients upon request, provided that the chosen school and program are supported by the loan company. b. Fulrez Insight is not liable for loan denials if the student fails to meet the loan requirements or if the loan application is unsuccessful. c. A service fee may be charged for study loan processing if the student has not processed admission through Fulrez Insight.

6. Visa Assistance a. Fulrez Insight assists clients with visa applications, but it does not have final authority over visa approvals. b. Fulrez Insight strives to ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and meets the requirements of the visa application process. c. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information during the visa consultation process. d. Fulrez Insight will not be held liable for any false information provided by the client that results in visa denial.

7. Success Rate a. Fulrez Insight endeavors to achieve a 98% success rate in study applications, loans, and visa processes.

8. Visa Success a. Fulrez Insight considers the success of the client’s visa application as its own success, and is committed to providing comprehensive support throughout the process.

9. Changes to Terms Fulrez Insight reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
