City Bus Driver

Job Description: We are looking for experienced drivers with a category D license (issued before 09.2008) to drive city buses in Poznań. This opportunity is open to both men and women aged 22 to 55, with no knowledge of Polish required.

Salary:

• Rate per hour: 28-29 PLN net
• Monthly salary range: 5880-6720 PLN net

Work Schedule:

• Shifts: 10-12 hours per day
• Day off: According to the schedule, totaling around 210 hours per month

Accommodation:

• Cost: 650 PLN per month
• Details: Accommodation is provided in comfortable apartments with 3-4 people per room. All necessary conditions are included, such as WI-FI. The accommodation cost is deducted from the salary. Upon arrival, a 200 PLN deposit is required, which is refunded after 30 days of work.

Responsibilities:

• Safe transportation of passengers on routes
• Informing supervisory staff of any difficulties on the route, including defects and damage to the vehicle noticed during the journey
• Providing passenger service

Requirements:

• Possession of qualifications required for the position of a bus driver for a 12m vehicle
• Driver’s license with category D (issued before 09.2008)
• Resistance to stress

Useful Information:

• Candidates are required to pay a prepayment of 1100 PLN for the production of necessary documents (code 95, psychological tests, and medical book). This includes:
  • PLN 950 for obtaining Code 95 (refunded by the employer after 6 months of work)
  • PLN 150 for the production of a plastic card of the certificate
• Assistance is provided for arranging appointments with an occupational medicine doctor and organizing psychological tests (cost starting from PLN 350)
• Theoretical and practical exams are conducted in English at the IPC.
