Metal Painter

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated Metal Painters to join our team in Lithuania. As a Metal Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint coatings to metal surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes on various projects

Working Hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00, Saturday from 8:00 to 15:00, with Sundays off. Lunch break included.

Accommodation: Company-provided shared housing for 2 or 4 people. Housing may be located 5 – 10 km from the work site with transportation provided. Rent, approximately €80 to €100, deducted from salary at month-end.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary.
• Mix paints and match colors according to specifications.
• Apply paint coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers.
• Follow safety protocols and use protective gear to ensure a safe working environment.
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Metal Painter or similar role preferred.
• Proficiency in surface preparation techniques and paint application methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina to work long hours and lift heavy objects if required.
