Acceptable Use Policy
This policy sets out what you can and cannot do when using Fulrez. It applies to every user — individuals, agents, businesses, and partners.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to every person and organisation that uses Fulrez — individual users, agents, businesses, partner institutions, and anyone accessing the platform in any capacity.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to:
- Individual users: Anyone who creates a personal Fulrez account to plan their own study or migration journey.
- Education agents and consultants: Any individual or organisation using a Fulrez agent seat to manage client journeys.
- Business users: Any organisation using Fulrez for corporate relocation, international hiring, or employee mobility management.
- Partner institutions: Schools, universities, financial service providers, accommodation providers, and other organisations with a Fulrez partner agreement.
- Visitors: Anyone who accesses the Fulrez website or platform without a registered account.
2. The Core Principle
Use Fulrez honestly, for its intended purpose, in a way that is fair to other users and to the platform. Everything else follows from this.
Fulrez exists to help Africans navigate international study and migration journeys with better data, better tools, and better support than the alternatives.
The core principle is simple: use Fulrez as it was intended to be used, be honest in everything you submit, and treat other users with respect.
If you are ever unsure whether something is acceptable, ask yourself: does this help someone navigate a genuine mobility journey honestly? If the answer is no, it probably violates this Policy.
3. Permitted Use
Fulrez is built for planning and managing study and migration journeys. That is what it is for. Use it for that.
You may use Fulrez for personal journey management, agent client management (with consent), community participation in good faith, research and browsing, and business mobility management.
4. Account Conduct
Your account is yours alone. Be honest about who you are. Keep your account secure. One account per person.
4.1 Account ownership: You may not share credentials or allow others to use your account. 4.2 Identity accuracy: You must represent yourself accurately and not impersonate others. 4.3 Multiple accounts: Users may hold one personal account only. 4.4 Account security: You are responsible for using strong passwords and notifying us of breaches.
5. Content Standards
Anything you post or upload to Fulrez must be accurate, lawful, and respectful. Do not post content that is harmful, misleading, or that you do not have the right to share.
5.1 Accuracy: All content must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. 5.2 Lawful content: Content must comply with applicable law and not infringe intellectual property. 5.3 Respectful content: No hateful, threatening, or harassing content. 5.4 Commercial content: The community is not for unauthorised advertising or solicitation.
6. Community Conduct
The community exists to help members at every stage of their journey. Be genuinely helpful, be honest about your own experience, and treat everyone with the respect you would want yourself.
6.1 Good faith participation: Participate with genuine intent to help. 6.2 Advice and information: Be clear about personal experience versus general info. 6.3 Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of conversations within the community. 6.4 Consultant participation: Do not pressure consultants for advice outside their formal role.
7. Document and Application Integrity
Only upload genuine documents. Never submit altered, fabricated, or misrepresenting documents. This is the most serious category of violation on the platform.
7.1 Document authenticity: Documents must be genuine, unaltered, current, and yours. 7.2 Consequences: Submitting fraudulent documents is a serious legal matter with long-term visa consequences. 7.3 Profile accuracy: Keep your health, financial, and qualification info current. 7.4 Agents: Agents are responsible for the integrity of client documents they handle.
8. Agent and Consultant Conduct
Agents using Fulrez have additional responsibilities. You must manage only clients who have consented to being on the platform and be honest about what Fulrez does.
8.1 Client consent: Ensure clients know they are on Fulrez and agree to the privacy policy. 8.2 Honest representation: Do not guarantee visa approvals or misrepresent our legal status. 8.3 Fee transparency: Make agent fees clear and separate from platform fees. 8.4 Professional standards: Maintain high ethical standards in client dealings.
9. Technical Misuse
Do not attempt to access unauthorised parts of the platform. Do not use automated tools to scrape data. Do not interfere with the platform's operation.
9.1 Unauthorised access: No probing or circumventing security. 9.2 Automated access: No bots, scrapers, or crawlers. 9.3 Platform interference: No malware or denial of service attacks. 9.4 Responsible disclosure: Report vulnerabilities to [email protected].
10. Reporting Violations
If you see something on the platform that violates this policy, report it via the community tools or email us directly.
Submit reports via the "Report" function in the community or email [email protected]. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days and investigate promptly.
11. Consequences of Violations
Violations result in consequences proportionate to severity — from warnings for minor first-time issues to permanent termination for serious fraud.
11.1 Consequences include warnings, content removal, feature restriction, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. 11.2 We may report criminal conduct to authorities. 11.3 Appeals can be submitted to [email protected].
12. Changes to This Policy
We update this policy when our platform changes. Significant changes are notified by email and in-platform.
MATERIAL updates are notified 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
