Terms of Service

These are the terms you agree to when you use Fulrez. They cover what we provide, what you can and cannot do, and what happens if something goes wrong.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to everyone who uses Fulrez — individuals, agents, and businesses. By creating an account, you agree to them.

These Terms constituent a binding agreement between you and Fulrez Insight Ltd. They apply to individual users, education agents, businesses, and partner institutions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the platform.

2. The Fulrez Service

Fulrez provides mobility intelligence — recommendations, visa profiling, and application support. We are a technology and consulting platform, not a law firm.

2.1 What Fulrez provides includes assessment recommendations, journey management tools, visa intelligence interviews, a secure document vault, and community access.

2.2 We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and security. Be honest with the information you provide, as it directly affects the quality of your recommendations.

3.1 You must be 16+ to create an account. 3.2 You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activity under your account. 3.3 Providing false information may result in harmful recommendations and account suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

Use Fulrez for its intended purpose. Do not harm other users, attempt to circumvent security, or use the platform for anything illegal.

Prohibited conduct includes attempting unauthorised access, scraping data without permission, harassing other users, or submitting fraudulent documents. Violations may result in account termination and reporting to authorities.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are handled by third-party processors. Pay-as-you-go items are generally non-refundable once delivered. Elite plan refunds are available within 7 days in specific cases.

5.1 We use Paystack and Stripe for secure processing. 5.2 Prices are primarily in NGN with USD references. 5.3 Pay-as-you-go items (reports, SOPs) are non-refundable once initiated. 5.4 Elite plan monthly/annual billing is cancellable at any time.

6. The Free Tier and Elite Plan

The free tier is permanent. The Elite plan provides unlimited access to premium features. Downgrading keeps your data but limits access to premium tools.

6.1 Free tier features do not expire. 6.2 The Elite plan removes per-item charges. 6.3 Downgrading reverts your account to the free tier, maintaining your journey history and uploaded documents.

7. Our Content and Your Content

Fulrez owns the platform; you own your uploaded documents. By using the service, you grant us the necessary permissions to process your data for your journey.

7.1 Fulrez intellectual property includes design, code, and algorithms. 7.2 You retain ownership of your content, granting us a licence to store and process it to provide the service. We do not sell your content.

8. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services like payment processors and messaging platforms. These are governed by their own terms.

Your use of integrated services (Stripe, WhatsApp, etc.) is subject to their own policies. Fulrez is not responsible for third-party practices or availability.

9. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy, but requirements change. Always verify critical details directly with institutions and official government sources.

9.1 Programme and tuition data change frequently. 9.2 Visa requirements are set by government authorities and change without notice. 9.3 You are responsible for final verification before submission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for outcomes that depend on third parties, such as visa refusals or admissions decisions. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us.

10.1 We provide the platform "as is". 10.2 We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. 10.3 Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding 12 months or ₦50,000.

12. Suspension and Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend accounts for material violations. Prepaid fees are refunded only if we terminate without cause.

12.1 Closure takes effect within a few business days. 12.2 We may suspend for unacceptable use or false information. 12.3 Effect of termination includes loss of access to premium features.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nigerian law. We will try to resolve disputes directly before arbitration. Consumer rights in the UK and EU are fully respected.

13.1 Governing law is that of Nigeria. 13.2 Disputes go to arbitration in Lagos, subject to consumer rights in other jurisdictions. 13.3 Class action waiver applies where permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Material updates will be notified via email and in-platform. Minor clarifications may be updated without notice. If you do not accept changes, you should close your account.
