The African Union Internship Programme offers young Africans the opportunity to gain professional experience at the AU Commission headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, or at the AU development agencies across Africa. Interns receive a monthly stipend, gain exposure to pan-African governance and policy-making, and develop professional networks across the continent. Internships are offered across departments including Peace and Security, Health, Trade, Finance, Infrastructure, and Social Affairs.
